The Ellettsville, Indiana, Town Council met in executive session at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, April 12, 2001.  Members present were Jerry Pittsford, President; David Sorokoty, Vice President; and David Drake.  Mike Spencer, Town Attorney; and Sandra Hash, Clerk-Treasurer; also attended the session.

 

Pursuit  to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) 6

 

(A)              to receive information on the individual’s alleged misconduct; and

(B)              to discuss, before determination, that individual’s status as an employee

 

This was the only matter discussed.

 

The meeting adjourned at 7:00 PM.
