The Ellettsville, Indiana, Town Council met in executive session at 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 2, 2001.  Members present were Jerry Pittsford, President; David Sorokoty, Vice President; Geraldine McIntyre, David Drake, and Mike Cornman.  Mike Spencer, Town Attorney; and Sandra Hash, Clerk-Treasurer; also attended the session.

 

Pursuit  to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) 6

 

(A)              to receive information on the individual’s alleged misconduct; and

(B)              to discuss, before determination, that individual’s status as an employee

 

This was the only matter discussed.

 

The meeting adjourned at 9:50 PM.
