December 6^th, 2001

The Ellettsville, Indiana Plan Commission met in regular session at 7:00 p. m. Thursday, December 6th, 2001. Members present were David Drake, President; Frank Buczolich, Vice-President; William Evans, Secretary: Terry Baker, Geraldine McIntyre, Don Calvert, and Sandra Hash. Mr. Rick Coppock, Town Engineer and Mr. Bill Land, Town Planner were also in attendance at the meeting. David Drake started the meeting by leading everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

OLD BUSINESS:

Preliminary Plot Extension of Deerfield Subdivision, Thomas Road:

Mr. Melvin Sutherlen appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission to ask for a plot extension on the Deerfield Subdivision he is planning to develop in the future. Motion made by Geraldine McIntyre, seconded by Frank Buczolich to approve the Preliminary Plot Plan extension. Motion carried 7-0.

Comprehensive Plan:

Mr. Bill Land, Ellettsville Town Planner, passed out a draft document to the Planning and Zoning Board members. Mr. Land reviewed the draft with the Board members, explained different sections of the draft document and asked for their opinions on ways that the draft document could be improved, clarified, etc. There was discussion between the Board members and Mr. Land concerning the new Comprehensive Plan.

NEW BUSINESS: None

MINUTES:

Motion made by Geraldine McIntyre, seconded by Frank Buczolich to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of November 1^st, 2001 and the special meeting of November 8^th, 2001 as presented. Motion carried 7-0.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion was made by David Drake, seconded by Terry Baker to adjourn. Motion carried 7-0.
