MINUTES OF THE ELLETTSVILLE, INDIANA PLAN COMMISSION

August 1, 2002

The Ellettsville, Indiana Plan Commission met in regular session at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 1^st, 2002. Members present were Frank Buczolich, President; David Drake, Vice-President; William Evans, Secretary; Geraldine McIntyre, Terry Baker, Don Calvert, and Sandra Hash. Mr. Rick Coppock, Town Engineer, and Deborah Hudson were also in attendance at the meeting. Frank Buczolich started the meeting by leading everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

COMMENTS:

A resident that lives in the Meadowlands complained to member Terry Baker about flooding in the addition.

Geraldine McIntyre received a complaint from Charles Merriman about modular homes being placed in Ridge Springs addition.

OLD BUSINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS:

Approval of the Preliminary Plat Request for a Seven-Acre Parcel adjacent to the Springs Valley Subdivision.

Rick Coppock explained to the Planning and Zoning Commission Members the Preliminary Plat request for the seven acres adjacent to the Springs Valley Subdivision. A motion was made by Geraldine McIntyre, seconded by David Drake to approve the preliminary plat request for a seven-acre parcel adjacent to the Springs Valley Subdivision. Motion carried 5-2. 5 yes votes, Terry Baker and Don Calvert abstained from voting.

MINUTES:

A motion was made to approve the minutes of the July 3^rd.2002 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Geraldine McIntyre, seconded by Terry Baker made the motion. Motion carried 7-0.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by William Evans. Sandy Hash seconded the motion. Motion carried, 7-0.
