MINUTES OF THE ELLETTSVILLE, INDIANA PLAN COMMISSION

 December 5, 2002

 

 

The Ellettsville, Indiana Plan Commission met in regular session at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 5th, 2002. Members present were Frank Buczolich, President, David Drake, Vice-President, William Evans, Secretary, Geraldine McIntyre, Don Calvert, and Sandra Hash.  Mr. Rick Coppock, Town Engineer, and Debra Hudson, Town Administrative Assistant were also in attendance at the meeting.  Frank Buczolich started the meeting by leading everyone with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Planning and Zoning Commission member Terry Baker was absent.

 

COMMENTS:  None

 

OLD BUSINESS:  None

 

NEW BUSINESS:  Motion to approve re-development of three of the duplexes that were destroyed on Raubs Lane to allow for them to become four unit structures.

 

Rick Coppock, Town Engineer, explained the motion to the Planning and Zoning Commission members.  This was a part of the town that was destroyed by the tornado last summer.  A motion was made by David Drake to approve re-development of three of the duplexes that were destroyed on Raubs Lane to allow for them to become four unit structures.  The motion was seconded by Geraldine McIntyre.  Motion carried, 6-0.

 

MINUTES:

 

A motion to approve the minutes of the August 1st, and the minutes of the Nov 7th       meetings was made by David Drake, seconded by Geraldine McIntyre.  Motion carried, 6-0.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

 

A motion was made to adjourn by David Drake, seconded by William Evans. Motion carried, 6-0.
