The Ellettsville, Indiana, Town Council met in Executive Session at 6:50 PM, Tuesday, March 30th, 2004.  Members present were Patrick Stoffers, President; David Drake, Vice-President; William Evans and Phillip Rogers.  Ron McGlocklin, Town Marshal; Jay Humphrey, First Deputy Marshal; John Stone, Sgt.; Mike Spencer, Town Attorney and Sandra Hash, Clerk-Treasurer.  Lisa Combs-Creech was absent.

 

The Council discussed information in accordance to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1

 

(b)(6) With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction:

           (A)  To receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct; and

 

(b)(2)  For discussion of strategy with respect to:

            (B) Initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
