The Ellettsville, Indiana Plan Commission met for a work session on Tuesday February 28, 2006, in the Fire Department Training and Conference Room located at 5080 West State Road 46. Members attending the work session were Ed Bitner, Vice President; William Evans Don Calvert and Sandra Hash, Secretary. Frank Nierzwicki, Director of Planning Services was also present.

The purpose of the work session was to discuss the proposed Sims development on Capitol Avenue with both the developer and the adjacent property owners. The session started at 6:00 PM and ended at approximately 8:30 PM
