The Ellettsville Parks and Recreation Board met on November 5, 2007 at the Fire Department Training and Conference Center. Geraldine McIntyre called the meeting to order leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Members present were Geraldine McIntyre, Vice-President; Jimmie Durnil, Michael Griffey and Amber Ragle.

Approve Minutes of October 1, 2007

Michael Griffey motioned to approve the minutes. Amber Ragle seconded. Motion carried.

Review Accounts Payable Expenditures

Amber Ragle went over the monthly expenditures. Michael Griffey made a motion to approve the Accounts Payable expenditures. Amber Ragle seconded. Motion carried.

Old Business

Geraldine McIntyre spoke with Jim Ragle regarding a letter from Sandra Hash requesting the part-time park employee assist in the maintenance of the gateway areas. Jim Ragle has no problem with it; however he will not be hiring anyone until spring.

New Business

Amber Ragle has a list of proposed 2008 meeting dates. She asked if the first Monday of the month at 5:30 still works. Geraldine said yes. Amber gave everyone a copy of meeting dates and will give one to Donya to reserve the meeting room at the fire station.

Amber Ragle announced $41 was made in October from Coke machine proceeds.
