The Ellettsville Parks and Recreation Board met on Monday, February 2, 2009 at the Fire Department Training and Conference Center. Jimmie Durnil called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Members present were Jimmie Durnil, President; Richard Pease, Vice-President; Michael Griffey, Geraldine McIntyre and Amber Ragle.

Approve Minutes of January 5, 2009

Geraldine McIntyre made a motion to approve the January 5, 2009 meeting. Michael Griffey seconded. Motion carried.

Jimmie Durnil asked if the ordinance passed at the January 12, 2009 Town Council meeting regarding the Parks and Recreation section of Town Code. Amber said yes.

Review Accounts Payable Expenditures

Amber Ragle stated the parks electricity and payroll transactions for a portion of the laborer were paid

Michael Griffey made the motion to adjourn. Geraldine McIntyre seconded. Motion carried. Jimmie Durnil adjourned the meeting.
