The Ellettsville Parks and Recreation Board met on Monday, March 2, 2009 at the Fire Department Training and Conference Center. Geraldine McIntyre called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Members present were Michael Griffey, Geraldine McIntyre and Amber Ragle. Jimmie Durnil and Richard Pease were absent.

Approve Minutes of February 2, 2009

Geraldine McIntyre asked for an approval of the February 2, 2009 minutes. Michael Griffey made the motion to approve those minutes. Amber Ragle seconded. Motion carried.

Review Accounts Payable Expenditures

Amber Ragle stated payroll expenses and electric for the shelter houses were paid.

New Business

Amber Ragle announced $6.00 from Coke machine proceeds was received.

Michael Griffey made the motion to adjourn. Amber Ragle seconded. Motion carried. Geraldine McIntyre adjourned the meeting.
