The Ellettsville, Indiana, Town Council met in a special session on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at the Fire Department Training and Conference Room. The meeting started at 2:00 p.m. Town Council members present were Dianna S. Bastin and Dan Swafford. Supervisors present were Jim Davis, Fire Chief; Tony Bowlen, Town Marshal and Connie Griffin, Planning Director. Employees present were Russell Harris, Craig Davis, Kevin Fluke, Tom Cornman, Danny Stalcup, Alan Fluke, Mike Cornman, Kevin Patton and Amber Ragle. Sandra Hash, Clerk-Treasurer was also present.

J. D. Powell, Insurance Agent with JA Benefits, presented health insurance renewal information to the Council and Employees. Anthem and SIHO were similar in cost and benefits. The premium will remain comparable to the 2010 rates. Dianna Bastin asked the employees to consider the information and let the Council know their preference by the September 13^th meeting. The health insurance renews on October 1, 2010.
