The Town of Ellettsville’s Public Meetings Schedule for 2012

All meetings will be held at the Fire Department Training and Conference Room, 5080 West State Road 46, Bloomington, Indiana 47404 unless otherwise notified.

The Ellettsville Town Council meetings will be the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM, except for the following change:

Second May meeting will be Tuesday the 29^th

First November meeting will be Tuesday the 13^th

Second December meeting will be Wednesday the 26^th

The Parks and Recreation Board meetings are the first Monday of each month at 5:30 PM, except for the following changes:

January meeting will be Tuesday the 3^rd

May meeting will be Wednesday the 9^th

September meeting will be Tuesday the 4^th

November meeting will be Wednesday the 7^th

The Planning and Zoning Board meetings are scheduled for the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on demand.

The Ellettsville Building Corporation Annual Meeting of Directors is scheduled for Monday, April 2, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Kelley Belcher and Brown located at 301 West Seventh Street, Bloomington, Indiana.
